Shutting Down the ROTSE System
To shut down the ROTSE system, you send a kill -TERM signal
to rotsed. There is a PERL script called killrotse
that performs this function.
For recalcitrant daemons that will not shut down, use killrotse -dammit
to send a kill -KILL signal to any remaining ROTSE processes.
